Our Story

B. Bruko Studio started its journey with the vision of preservation of traditional skills and women empowerment. The brand embraces its cultural roots and traditional craft. And it does not shy away from experimenting with modern elements or taking inspiration from ideas across the globe.
This vision is tirelessly executed through the hard work and dedication of a team of 7 women in house- while also working with weavers from nearby villages. It is the sheer tenacity of this entire team that has brought B.Bruko Studio to its current standing The brand has always been very empathic about women empowerment. Based in a small town of Arunachal Pradesh, B. Bruko Studio is an ardent believer of opportunity generation and building up a community that is self-reliant and self-fulfilled. It wishes to embolden the notion that a progressive community, no matter how marginalized, can survive and thrive in this ferocious and fast paced modern world.

Fabric is the life of any garment. And people at B. Bruko Studio understand and value that deeply. The garments of B Bruko Studio are made with handwoven fabrics. The brand is also actively working with weavers, most of which are young women endowed with skills in weaving but bereaved of opportunities. B Bruko Studio is determined to reach out to weavers and to raise them to the status of artisans. The dedication and generational skills of these weavers is what gives a hand woven fabric its unique charm and immense value. The garments thus made stands out exuding individuality and persona, especially in this age of mass produced commodities. There was a time weaving was a norm, a natural part of one’s lifestyle. But with the incoming of fast fashion and machine made fabrics, weaving was swept to the side. Now it exists in the remotest parts and is on the verge of extinction.
B Bruko Studio considers it an absolute necessity that weaving as an artistry should be preserved and cultured. The brand is highly keen on facilitating and creating space for weavers to work with modern elements, all the while preserving and enhancing their traditional weaving skills, we should move towards better and sustainable choices.

LITT'S COLLECTION

Litt’s Collection is a sister collection of B.Bruko Studio. It began as a quiet dream shared between a mother and daughter, a dream rooted in tradition, shaped by experience, and driven by the desire to create space for women of all ages in the world of fashion. The collection was co-founded by Mrs. Litto H., a retired government officer, who stepped into her second chapter with purpose and curiosity. Alongside her daughter, she laid the foundation of Litt’s Collection not just as a clothing label, but as a heartfelt tribute to India’s textile heritage and the power of age, grace, and reinvention.

At its core, Litt’s Collection is about storytelling through clothing. The brand brings together traditional silhouettes with regional textiles like Chikankari, Ikat, and regional weaves from across the country. These textiles, full of soul and history, are thoughtfully reinterpreted into garments that are both culturally rooted and elegantly timeless.

While many brands cater to fleeting trends, Litt’s Collection stands apart in its commitment to women who are often left behind in modern fashion narratives, especially mature women. We believe that style doesn’t have a timeline, and every woman, regardless of age, deserves to feel beautiful, seen, and celebrated.

Based in a small, close-knit community, Litt’s Collection is a growing team of women who share a deep respect for craft, comfort, and conscious design. Our garments are made to grow with you, adapting to your body and your life’s rhythm, while maintaining a sense of dignity, refinement, and cultural pride.

This isn’t just clothing. It’s memory, legacy, and quiet rebellion against the idea that fashion is only for the young. We are here to honor the wisdom in wrinkles, the grace in growth, and the artistry of age.

Litt’s Collection is our way of saying: tradition is not static, it evolves with us. And every woman, at every stage of life, deserves to feel her most radiant self.
